Starting with Healthy Eating

Its difficult to eat healthy and take care of our diets when we are going through stresses and anxiety. The body craves for fats because it has dopaminergic effect which makes us feel good. However this effect is short lived and harms the mind and body in the long run.

For the next 60 days I will particularly focus on healthy eating not just for the body but also the mind. This means going cold turkey on all junk foods and concentrating on nutrient rich, protein rich and carb rich foods (rice and bread)

If the cravings get too bad then I would give myself one day per week to satisfy my craving.
